The Florentine duo born in 1997 by designer Ermanno Daelli and the businessman Toni Scervino was awarded yesterday, Tuesday 3 April for the 2012 edition of Lineapelle.
The event was held in the magnificent setting of the Teatro Comunale and was preceded by a suggestive accompanied by music of a virtual orchestra.
L'evento, che per l'occasione ha cambiato location, si è svolto nelle magnifica cornice del Teatro Comunale ed è stato preceduto da giochi di luce a dir poco suggestivi accompagnati dalla musica di un'orchestra virtuale.
For the show the stage of the theater was chenged into a 3D garden from which they came to life over fourty outfits chosen from the Season P/E 2012, A/W2012 and some proposals from the historical archeive reinterpreted in a contemporary way with many item made of macramé and plongè leather. To complete the look gloves and long boots, and between the bags, the Faubourg revisited with inspired punk-chains and knit-crochet for the interior.
Per la sfilata il palco del teatro comunale si è trasformato in un giardino 3D dal quale hanno preso vita oltre quaranta outfit scelti tra la stagione P/E 2012, A/I 2012 e alcune proposte dell'archivio storico reinterpretate in chiave contemporanea con molti capi realizzati in pelle, nappa macramè e plongè. A completare i look guanti e stivali lunghi e tra le borse, la Faubourg rivisitata con catene d'ispirazione punk e crochet di maglia per gli interni.

"We all have a memory about leather that the time has left us. But my secret is to look to the past to project it into the future," said the Florentine designer. A creative mix between tradition and modernity where the leather is enhanced by technology and craft work at the same time. "I use leather after it has been subjected to special treatments that make it completely different for a rock couture style," adds Scervino.
The appointment with the Lineapelle award is one of the most anticipated of the year. And every year Titti Baiocchi and Meri Marabini offer a performance above the expectations of all the audience present.
